The G&M Hospital works within the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network (NSM LHIN) and also partners with with other healthcare providers to meet the needs of our patients.
An example of how this process works would be if a patient were badly injured in a skiing accident at Blue Mountain. First, the patient would be brought, by ambulance, to the G&M Hospital, where they would be treated and stabilized. If they were to require additional, specialized services they would then be airlifted or transferred via ambulance to another Hospital for further treatment.
